Compassionate farming, sustainability, localism and seasonality are at the forefront of The Baskerville’s ethos. Our accomplished kitchen brigade work tirelessly to source only the best quality local meats, cheeses, fruit and vegetables as possible. Our bread is baked three miles away at Lawlor’s Bakers and much of our meat is reared on Oxfordshire soil.



The Freshest Ingredients
Our kitchen brigade is headed by Jamie Herridge whose dishes are modern British and European in concept and presentation. Our dishes, recently described by the Telegraph as “gloriously well-balanced” are cooked to order, so if there is a little wait for your meal, we promise it will be well worth it!
